Florida Health Care Coalition
Being recognized for quality and efficiency, as well as improving the health of its employees, the Florida Health Care Coalition is an employer based group in central Florida working also to control health care expenditures. Awarded for its achievements by the National Business Coalition on Health, which is a large, non-profit gathering of public and private employers representing a large percentage of the population, the Florida Health Care Coalition has had numerous programs aimed at the treatment of chronic disease and patient health and wellness initiatives. How do you think coalitions such as these, and the recognition they receive for their efforts affects the health care industry on the whole?
