Sean Shaw, Insurance Consumer Advocate is demanding that state regulators find out which health care plans working in Florida have been using a pay scale that deceives patients into paying more on their doctor’s bill when they receive treatment outside of their health insurance network. According to Shaw, millions of people were cheated out of a lot on money.  Shaw not only wants solutions for stopping this practice but also want a plan to secure restitution for Florida patients who were underpaid by their health insurers. What are your thoughts on this fraud?
