		<description>Yeah, I called a broker for this new cover florida plan.  He told me you have to be without health insurance for 6 months before they offer coverage.  Why is that a rule?  Doesn't make much sense to me as an insurance consumer.</description>

		<description>It's going to be hard for any individual state to enact a health insurance plan that will benefit everyone. We just have to be thankful that they are trying to do some good - and trying to provide coverage to at least some uninsured people. It's going to take a lot of "baby steps" before our nation comes up with a comprehensive plan to cover everyone. I commend Florida and the various other states on their efforts.</description>
