The idea of having every American to be insured is not exactly doable within Obama's first four years (assuming that he will be going for a second term). But let's just see, his term is just starting. Vigilance, as ever, is the price of freedom. On the subject of the SCHIP, I think that even though there will still be millions that will not be able to benefit from the expanded SCHIP, many more kids will still benefit from it, and that's a step in the right direction.
