A study done by the Census Bureau reveals that an alarming number of Floridians were uninsured in 2005, with the highest concentration being in South Florida. One can only assume that the statistics have gotten worse. Considering that in 2005, almost a third of Miami-Dade residents were without health isurance, you can only how high the numbers are now.
